Place all the parts in blasting cabinet. Clean the metal with aluminum oxide from 150 to 180 grains. Blast all the surfaces of gun until it reaches to the white metal.

Stop the heat source and place all gun parts in a container and soak for 15 minutes.
Remove all gun parts from the container and dry them with a cloth and then put the pieces back in oven to dry at 200 degrees F for 10 more minutes.
Now remove take the parts out of oven and spray polymer coating over them. Apply two thin layers to let pieces dry for one hour in the middle of coatings. Two thin layers of polymer are better than one thick layer.
Now again put all the pieces in oven at 200 degrees F and leave for an hour.
