They are the ones that give us the most vitamins and minerals and it is well known by all that we must have 5 servings daily of fruits and vegetables. They provide us with fiber, which is necessary for the digestive system.
The less processed food will be better for our organism at all levels, both physical and emotional.
Just as we need to do physical exercise and be active, our body needs to rest to feed on the nutrients we provide with food.
